Meditation Training (25 Hour) - Online

Yoga Nidra is known by many names in different communities; yogic sleep, effortless relaxation, psychic sleep, transcendent, cosmic and NSDR (non-sleep deep rest). Yet it transcends our ability to truly describe it, try as we might.

Though, like most things of indescribable nature, the results are best understood when run through your own system, felt through your body, mind, lens, and field.

We will learn the traditional framework to create Yoga Nidra practices, ranging in length from 10 - 60 minutes. The practices you create can be used for your own enjoyment, offered to others in private settings and classes, shared in your vocation, or recorded for various apps and websites. The possibilities are endless.

The key to this is studying your experience within this framework to articulate and write your own practices that are drawn from the components that resonate deeply for you. Together, we will draw out your unique voice and expression to share with others in the gift of deep rest, insight, and connection.
