For anyone who has experienced the travels inward through the practice of Yoga Nidra and wants to know more, whether to teach or understand, we invite you to join us in study this January. Join Shonna Lamb to dive into a 50 hour certification of Yoga Nidra, also known as transcendent rest, yogic sleep, psychic sleep and NSDR (non-sleep deep rest).

2024 Dates (Saturday’s):
Weekend 1: Jan 20
Weekend 2: Jan 27
Weekend 3: Feb 10
Weekend 4: Feb 24
Final Weekend: March 9

The hours are each Saturday from 10a - 5p.
