We’ll move through a nourishing 30 minute yin yoga practice and a 30 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice. This class is accessible to all levels, from first timers to many timers. Those looking to find nourishment, deeper rest or to calm anxiety may benefit from the practice of Yogic Sleep (Nidra).
