A 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program led by Shonna Lamb & Kendall Bowes
Private classes can go a long way in establishing a home yoga practice and I would
be honoured to take part in your evolution.
Body Positive – all level accessibility language
Shonna uses alignment based vinyasa flow as a way to move past mental and
emotional barriers. Her classes provide a body positive approach to yoga which
celebrates students’ bodies and encourages them to inquire within as to how they
feel rather than “How do I look?” when practicing yoga.

WHAT?
This gathering of community and sisterhood is the co-creation of all the women in the circle.
We will move, breathe, laugh, share, reflect, and celebrate! Bring a mat, a journal (if you're
into that sort of thing), a blanket, and some water.
Please bring one item of special meaning to add beauty to the altar. Crystals, Tarot/Goddess
Cards, Flowers, seeds, snacks, fruit, art, fabric, essential oil, etc. Get inspired and share your
inspiration!

Why is this program named Agni?
Agni is the biological fire within each one of us. It governs digestion and metabolism. Our chosen and ingested substances are converted by Agni for assimilation, absorption, nourishment and storage in the body. It is believed that anything you see, hear, smell, feel by touch is converted by Agni into an impression and stored in the memory. Agni metabolizes and extracts nourishment from the environment.

What can I expect from this Program?
The Agni 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program blends traditional yogic teachings and spirituality with contemporary philosophies to provide an applicable approach to living this practice. This program is designed for those with an interest in yoga, spirituality and meditation and an interest in deepening that connection to live your life with intention and more fully aligned with your truth.
During this program you will:
*Explore traditional yogic teachings in a process of self-inquiry and personal growth
*Learn to teach Vinyasa Sequences, both pre-designed and creating your own unique flows
*Explore Anusara-based Hatha, Restrorative, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Prenatal Yoga
*Practice Meditation, Pranayama and Asana
What can I expect to walk away with knowledge-wise?
Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program offers an opportunity for self-growth, personal development and transformation while providing the tools necessary to develop your own personal practice or to step into your calling as teacher and guide. We will explore yoga history and philosophy, roots and sequencing of Vinyasa Yoga, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, alignment, meditation and more while tapping into the expansiveness of this practice.
What if I don’t want to teach yoga but am interested?
Perfect and no problemo.This program is not only developed for those who are called to become yoga teachers, but also for those who have intention to deepen their own practice and knowledge, to become embodied yoga practitioners, to step into a journey of soul, discovery, empowerment and reveal.
This 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program is open to practitioners of all levels and abilities. We offer modifications and variations of the poses so you can cultivate a practice that fits your needs and so that you can teach classes that are accessible to wider populations.
How should I prepare for this?
We encourage you to establish your own personal yoga practice by attending classes or workshops leading up to the program. Prior to the training, we recommend that students practice along with our online videos several times per week to prepare the body and mind for the journey ahead. We will break down these sequences in depth during the course so it is advised to become familiar with them. Once registered, we will provide you with a reading list as well.
